The hotel's facilities need better soundproofing to minimize disturbances from loud guests in the hallways!!! Improvements are necessary for ensuring secure access, especially for single travelers arriving late at night!!!

The staff here are truly remarkable, making each visit feel like coming home. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but WiFi was frustratingly unreliable. The dining options were surprisingly good too, providing tasty meals during my stay.

Just a solid selection for an overnight stay in Memphis with great value-to-price ratio. The staff was friendly and helpful. they really made me feel welcome. Try to chat with the front desk staff. they can give you some good pointers about the area.

This place needs a serious overhaul. The rooms were dingy and dark, with uncomfortable beds and questionable cleanliness. Sounds from the bar made it impossible to relax, and the overpriced food left much to be desired. While the staff were friendly, a headache from poor air circulation definitely overshadowed my stay.

The staff was super accommodating and friendly, making the whole stay enjoyable. Breakfast included a variety of tasty options like freshly baked pastries and a selection of fruit. Great for a quick stay near the airport!

This hotel is close to some awesome spots, like the Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium, which we loved visiting. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable, especially with four kids in tow. Our room was clean and perfect for our large family.

My kids wished there were more fun activities for them at the hotel.
